Writing Turkish numbers
Turkish cardinal numbers use separate words: 23 is yirmi üç and 365 is üç yüz altmış beş. Preserve letters such as ı, ü, ç, ö and ş. This converter gives ordinary standalone spelling, without currency or ordinal endings.
One hundred is yüz and one thousand is bin, without bir. Keep bir before larger scale words: bir milyon, bir milyar and bir trilyon. Nonzero groups are read from largest to smallest; zero groups are omitted.
Use a decimal comma and optional periods or spaces for thousands. Negative values start with eksi. This tool reads fractional digits individually after virgül, preserving leading and trailing zeros; other fractional readings are outside this selected convention.
